• Development and design services for MaryTel Villas, (Lauderdale Lakes, FL), a 72 unit apartment complex 

• Development services for Wright Foundation Apartments (Ft. Lauderdale, FL), a 32 unit mixed-use development

• Development, design services and construction management services for Casa del Sol Rentals (West Palm Beach, FL), a 34 unit townhome development 

• Project management service for Phase I of KOI Residences (Pompano Beach FL), a 50 unit condo development

• Co-development and construction management of Emerald Gardens townhomes on Provo Island (Turks & Caicos)
